The highest distinction of the residential construction industryBrossard, February 15th, 2002The Guarantee of new houses of APCHQ today honours Alain Létourneau, of Le groupe Beaumont Élite for his 50 years of excellence as general contractor having worked in the sector of residential construction. To underline his productivity, Jean-Rene Rioux, director of membership Service of the Guarantee of new houses of APCHQ, gave the trophy of the Master contractor diamond decoration to Mr LÉtourneau. Up to now, this title of distinction constitutes the highest recognition awarded in the residential construction industry. To deserve this distinction and the various advantages related to the Master contractor status, a contractor working within the framework of the guarantees managed by APCHQ must record an average of at least two residential units per year while displaying a rate of justified conciliation requests lower than three percent. In 2002, the status of Master contractor reaches a new stage with the diamond decoration (at least 25 years), thus adding to the four titles awarded by the GMN since 1986, that is to say the Master contractor bronze decoration (at least 2 years), silver decoration (at least 4 years), gold decoration (at least 8 years) and the platinum decoration (at least 15 years of excellence). Professional in residential construction since 1952, that is to say 50 years to the service of its customers and accredited with the GMN for 25 years, Le groupe Beaumont ÉÉlite showed in a convincing manner that it fully satisfied, year after year, the expectations of its purchasers.
